App”) for mobile devices that was created by Developer Adox Solutions.
Terms of Use
These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our
Bloomax application for mobile (the "App"). The Website and the App
are jointly referred to as the "Platform". Please
read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. If you do not
agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and
we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading
or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with us and you
signify your acceptance to this Terms of Use and other policies (including but
not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy
Policy and Take Down Policy) as posted on the Platform and amended from time to
time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the
Platform, and create a legally binding arrangement to
abide by the same.
App enables delivery of such Customer Orders or completion of Tasks at select
localities of serviceable cities across Kerala("Delivery Services")
by connecting third party service providers i.e. pick-up
and driver who will be responsible for providing the pick-up and delivery
services and completing Tasks initiated by the users of the Platform (Buyers or
Merchants). The Platform Services and Delivery Services are
collectively referred to as "Services". For both Platform Services
and Delivery Services, App is merely acting as an intermediary between the
Merchants and Buyers and/or and Buyers/Merchants.
Amendments
These Terms of Use are subject to modifications. We reserve the right to modify
or change these Terms of Use and other policies at any time by posting modified
documents on the Platform and notifying you of the same
for your perusal. You shall be liable to update yourself of such changes, if
any, by accessing the same. You shall, at all times, be responsible for
regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and the. Your continued usage
of the Services after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the
amended Terms of Use and other our App policies. As long as you comply with
these Terms of Use, we grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited privilege to access, enter, and use the Platform.
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and
register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep
in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features
offered by the Application unless you register/login with us.
Use of Platform and Services
Upon acceptance of any Order or Task by the employee, the pickup and delivery
services or Task completion services (as the case may be) undertaken by him/her,
shall constitute a separate contract for services between
Merchants/Buyers. The App is only providing a platform for communication and it
is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be
a strictly bipartite contract between the Merchant
and the Buyer.
For Improved Delivery , Customer Support and safety, This App collects your
location data to enable Tracking module features for live tracking your vehicle
so that proper update of your location can be shared with the
customers and admin when you are on a ride to pick up or drop off order even
when the app is closed or not in use. Bloomax will use location in the
background to track the vehicle and calculate the distance and
estimated duration for the arrival of the order If you only allow access to your
location while you are using the app , some features may not work while this app
is in background.
While we exert reasonable efforts to ensure correct and up-to-date information
on this app and price of items in online store , Bloomax app makes no warranties
or representations as to its accuracy. Bloomax APP assumes
no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or
omissions in the content on this mobile app.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you
should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your
account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or
within the mobile application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by
uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as
may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile
application marketplace or network.
Any links in this app may take you out of the app . Those linked sites are not
under the control of app and Bloomax APP is not responsible for the information
or links that may be found on those websites. Bloomax APP
provides these links only as a convenience, and does not indicate endorsement by
app. We reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate any link at any time
for whatever reason it considers appropriate.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your
information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
"Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using
